The Italian Supreme Court, with judgement no. 3392/2025, referring to its own case law, stated, among other things, that it is against the law concerning unfair competition the appropriation of merits by an entrepreneur about the characteristics of his own company, borrowed from those of another entrepreneur, whenever such boasting has the effect of unduly acquiring merits that the company of the first entrepreneur does not possess.
