Riccardo Migliardi, Lawyer

Born in Genoa on 12 May 1973, he graduated from the "Vittorio Alfieri" classical high school in Turin and then graduated in Law in 1999 at the University of Turin.
He practiced law in a law firm with offices in Turin, Milan and Treviso, operating in the field of commercial and international law, with particular reference to international commercial contracts and distribution and agency contracts. After being admitted to the Bar of Turin in 2004, he practiced from 2006 to 2008 at a law firm with offices in Torino, Milan and Modena, specializing in antitrust law and contracts, domestic and international, with particular reference to distribution contracts, brand licensing and franchising.
From 2008 to 2019 he worked for a law firm based in Turin, specialized in the Health-Care and Life-Tech sectors, taking care, in the drafting and negotiation of domestic and international contracts, of quality and risk management, regulatory and privacy aspects.
Since 2020 he started to collaborate with Studio VENTURELLO E BOTTARINI, AVVOCATI.

In 2018 he participated in the "Master of Specialization Data Protection Officer" organized by Euroconference S.p.A.

Since 2017 he has been a member of LES - Licensing Executives Society.

From February 2005 to April 2006 he acted as a consultant, as legal expert, for the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the International Training Centre of the ILO (United Nations) in Turin for the scientific, didactic and management organization of a training course for some officials of the Vietnamese government on international trade law and the World Trade Organization (WTO).

From October to December 2005 he worked as tutor and didactic coordinator of the first edition of the course "Law and Business in Europe; Post graduate Course in Economy and Competition Law in the European Union", organized by the University Institute of European Studies (IUSE) and the Center for Studies on Federalism at the Real Collegio Carlo Alberto of Moncalieri (Torino).

From March to June 2004 he worked as tutor and didactic coordinator at the "International Trade Law Course" organized by the University of Turin, IUSE, University of Freiburg, UNIDROIT, UNCITRAL and the International Training Centre of the ILO in Turin.

From March to June 2001 he attended the "International Trade Law Course" organized by the University of Turin, IUSE University of Freiburg, UNIDROIT, UNCITRAL and the International Training Centre of the ILO in Turin.

She is fluent in English, including legal English, having, among other things, obtained in 2011 the "International Legal English Certificate of Cambridge University" (ILEC) and in 1999 the Diploma in "English for International Contracts, Agreements and Conventions" at the International Training Centre of the ILO in Turin and is able to carry out professional activities in that language, assisting foreign clients.

He has also published several articles, including:
