Born in Turin on April 30th, 1968, he graduated from the University of Turin Law School in 1994. During the university studies, he spent different periods abroad where he improved his knowledge of international law and of languages. In particular, he participated to the European program ERASMUS at the Universität des Saarlandes in Saarbrücken (Germany), by studying in-depth the law of the European Union at the Europa Institut. In the same period, he obtained the “Diplôme Supérieur de Droit Comparé” at the Faculté Internationale de Droit Comparé of the University of Strasbourg (France), aimed at improving his knowledge of comparative law and private international law. After graduating, he attended an internship at the English Courts of Justice and performed research and didactic support activity in Comparative Law for the University of Turin Law School.
He worked as trainee solicitor in a law firm with offices in Turin, Milan and Treviso and specialised in international commercial law, with particular reference to commercial and distribution contracts. After being admitted to the Bar of Turin in 1997, he practiced as consultant of a firm of trademarks and patent agents, with offices in Turin, Milan, Rome and Bologna. Finally, he practised in the intellectual property department of one of the most important English law firms, with Italian offices in Turin, Milan and Rome. In 2002, he has been mentioned by the law journal “Chambers Global – The World’s Leading Lawyers” amongst the lawyers dealing with intellectual property in Italy. In 2003, his name has been also included in the list of the arbitrators of the Chamber of Commerce of Turin. From 2005 he practices in the law firm Venturello e Saraceno, Avvocati, of which he is one of the founders. In 2009 he has been admitted to the roll of the attorneys before the Italian Supreme Court. In 2010 he has been indicated, by “Best Lawyer’s” (www.bestlawyers.com) guide, among the lawyers who deal of intellectual property in Italy.
He has gained significant experience in the areas of the intellectual property law (both contentious and non-contentious) and commercial contracts, with particular reference to the distribution contracts.
With respect to intellectual property, commercial contracts and international private law, he regularly publishes articles on the major Italian law journals (Giurisprudenza italiana, Contratto e impresa/Europa and Il Diritto Industriale). He contributed to the book “La responsabilità contrattuale e precontrattuale” (Contractual and precontractual liability), author Professor Pier Giuseppe Monateri, Turin and he drafted the topic “Brevetti per invenzioni industriali” (Patent for industrial inventions), published in Digesto, Turin. He wrote the article “Il requisito di liceità nei marchi” (The requirement of lawfulness for trademarks) for the review Giurisprudenza Italiana, Turin. He contributed to the drafting of the Italian part of the book “International Licensing and Technology Trasnfer: Practice and Law”, London. He also contributed to the guide “La Proprietà Intellettuale – uno strumento per la crescita economica nel terzo millennio” (Intellectual Property – a tool for economic growth in the third millennium), LES Italy, and to the book “Codice della proprietà industriale, la riforma 2010” (Code of industrial property, the Reformation of 2010), directed by Professor Cesare Galli; he also drafted some comments (to articles 53, 66, 67, 76 e 77) for the commentary “Codice commentato della Proprietà Industriale e Intellettuale” (Commentary of the Code of Industrial and Intellectual Property), directed by Professors Galli e Gambino. He contributed to the drafting of the Guide “Made in Italy”, realised by CCIAA of Turin, Unioncamere Piemonte and CEIP (Centro Estero per l’Internazionalizzazione del Piemonte).
He participated to the Task Force of the International Chamber of Commerce of Paris, concerning the drafting of a model contract on technology transfer and of a model contract of trademark licensing.
He is a member of: LES – Licensing Executives Society (in 2011 he has been elected for the third time of Vice-President of LES Italy), AIPPI – Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle, GRUR – Deutsche Vereinigung fűr Gewerblichen Rechtsschutz und Urheberrecht, AGAT – Associazione Giovani Avvocati di Torino and IDI – International Distribute Institute.
He speaks fluently English, French and German and practices in these languages, advising foreign clients.

Born in Montepulciano (Siena) on August 8th, 1969, she graduated from the University of Turin Law School, with a degree in Russian civil law. After graduating, she performed research and didactic support activity in Comparative Law for the University of Turin Law School. During the year 2000, she attended the International Trade Law Post-Graduate Course, organised by the University Institute of European Studies in Turin and by the International Training Centre of the ILO (International Labour Organisation) and devoted to improve the knowledge of the international trade law and, in particular, of the main issues connected with the drafting of international commercial agreements. Later in the same year, she attended the Post-Graduate Specialisation Course on Intellectual Property, organised by WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organisation) and by the University of Turin, studying in-depth the different areas of intellectual property law and the role of the supporting international organisations.
She worked as trainee solicitor in the intellectual property department of one of the most important English law firms with Italian offices in Turin, Milan and Rome. Within this law firm she practised too after being admitted to the Bar of Turin in 2003. From 2005 she practices in the law firm Venturello e Saraceno, Avvocati, of which she is one of the founders.
She gained significant experience in the areas of the intellectual property law ( both contentious and non-contentious) and commercial contracts, with particular reference to licence agreements. She also carried out due diligence activities, dealing with the evaluation of the legal issues concerning corporate intellectual property. She carries out training activities in the field of industrial and intellectual property.
With respect to intellectual property, commercial contracts and international private law, she regularly publishes articles on the major Italian law journals (Giurisprudenza Italiana, Il Diritto d’Autore, Rivista di Diritto Industriale, Contratto e Impresa/Europa, Giurisprudenza Commerciale). She is also member of the editorial staff of the law journal Giurisprudenza Italiana.
She is co-author of the book “Il diritto dei marchi d’impresa (Law of Trademarks)”, part of the UTET series “I casi del diritto” (Turin, 2009). She contributed to the volume “Codice della proprietà industriale: la riforma 2010 (Code of industrial property: the 2010 reform)”, directed by Professor Cesare Galli (IPSOA, 2010); moreover, she drafted some comments (to articles 46, 47, 62, 63, 64, 65 and 243 c.i.p.) for the commentary “Codice commentato della Proprietà Industriale e Intellettuale (Commentary of the Code of Industrial and Intellectual Property)”, directed by Professors Galli and Gambino (UTET Giuridica 2011). She contributed to the drafting and updating of the topics concerning industrial and intellectual property of the “Enciclopedia Garzanti del Diritto (Law Encyclopaedia)” (Milan, 2009). She also contributed to the drafting and updating of some topics concerning intellectual property and published in Digesto Ipertestuale (2nd edition, UTET, Turin, 2003).
Due to experiences abroad, she gained a good knowledge of foreign languages. In particular, she speaks fluently English and fairly Russian and practices, especially in the English language, advising foreign clients.
